# imagic > imagic is the one-time-purchase alternative to subscription and per-image AI culling and editing tools. imagic is desktop photo software for Windows and macOS. It culls a shoot with AI (scoring every frame and grouping bursts and duplicates), then edits and exports the keepers in the same app. Photos are processed on your own computer and are never uploaded. One-time licences (Lite 19 EUR, Plus 49 EUR, Max 99 EUR), free trial of 500 exports with no card, no subscription and no per-image fees. imagic Max adds an MCP server and CLI so AI assistants can drive culling, editing and export.
