No approval step for the trial reward. The moment their trial activates, your 30-day key is issued and shows up in this page and in the imagic web app.
Your friend's checkout through your link applies 20% off automatically. When the purchase completes, the reward (20% of the amount they actually paid, after any discount) is queued for me to approve by hand, and nothing is paid out automatically. Once approved, it is refunded to the card you originally paid for imagic with, and you get an email. You can never get back more than you paid. If you have not bought imagic yourself, there is no payment of yours to refund, so I will sort the reward out with you by email.
Each device only ever counts once, for the first referrer it saw. Moving the same trial to a new device, or re-activating it, doesn't earn a second reward.

No. The partner programme is a 30% commission for creators and educators who apply and get approved. This referral programme is open to everyone with an imagic trial or purchase, no application needed.
No. The discount and the reward are not available on your own purchases: a link used with your own email or licence gives neither, and the device check stops the obvious trial workarounds. I also check every reward by hand before paying it.
They're a milestone marker (First Friend, Connector, Influencer, Ambassador, Legend at 1, 3, 5, 10 and 25 referrals), shown next to your link. They don't carry an extra reward beyond the free month you already earned for each one.
After your friend's purchase completes, I review and approve the reward by hand, usually within a few days. It is then refunded to the card you paid for imagic with, which shows on your statement within 5 to 10 days, and I email you when it is approved. It is a refund on your own purchase, so it can never exceed what you paid.
Your friend's 20% stacks on top of the sale: while the launch sale runs (until 31 October 2026), a friend through your link pays the sale price less another 20%, for example Max EUR 99 becomes EUR 49.50 and then EUR 39.60. After the sale ends it is the plain 20% off. You get 20% of whatever they actually paid either way.
