These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the imagic website, desktop application, and web editor (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using imagic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When you purchase imagic, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the desktop application for your own personal and commercial photography work. The one-time payment grants ongoing use of the version you license.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share your license key; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; or remove proprietary notices.
imagic offers a 7-day free trial that does not require a credit card. At the end of the trial, you may continue using the full app by purchasing a license. We may change trial terms for future users at any time.
imagic is offered as a one-time payment of $10 (USD), processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
You agree not to use imagic to process content you do not have the rights to, to break the law, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or the web editor.
You retain all rights to the photos you process with imagic. The desktop app processes images locally on your device. For the web editor, you grant us a limited right to temporarily process the image you upload solely to perform the edit you request; see our Privacy Policy for details.
The imagic name, logo, software, and website content are owned by imagic and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will meet your expectations. Always keep backups of your original photos.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, imagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which imagic operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
