Hi, I'm Luke. I build imagic, the photo culler and editor that runs on your own computer. I shoot as a hobby, mostly on trips, and I use imagic on my own cards.
This forum is the place to ask how something works, show what you made, report what broke and tell us what to build next. It is new, so it is small. That is fine. Every thread gets read.
How it works
- Sign in with your email. No password: we send a 6-digit code. Your email is never shown; you pick a display name.
- Use the email your licence or trial is under and your posts carry a Customer or Trial tag.
- Admin means the imagic team. Right now that is me.
- Founding member goes to everyone who joins through a founding invite before 31 October. It stays on your profile for good.
- AI marks one account, imagic assistant (AI). It is a bot and says so in the first line of every reply. When it is switched on, it only answers how-to questions nobody has answered after a while, it answers from the imagic docs with links, and it never deals with billing or refunds (those come to me). I read the threads every day and correct it when it is wrong.
House rules
- Be kind and specific. Photos, settings and versions beat adjectives.
- Share your work as links. The forum is text only, so it stays fast.
- No spam, no selling. Talking about other software is fine; trashing people is not.
- Something private, like a licence or a payment? Email snap@imagic.ink instead of posting it.
