What it does
The live preview is a local web page that shows renders and the library strip while an agent works. This reports the URL of the already-running preview server, or that none is running; it deliberately does not start the application, so it is safe to call before any licence check has happened. Use it to hand the user a link to watch edits land.
Parameters
get_preview_url takes no parameters. Ask for it in plain language and the agent calls it directly.

You do not call this by name. You say what you want, and the agent picks the tool:
