What it does
imagic runs a small local web page that shows, live, what you are doing to the user's photo library as you call these tools: scans, culls, edits, and exports appear there the moment they happen. It normally opens automatically in the user's browser when this MCP server starts. Call this if the user asks to see what you are doing, asks for a link, or says the preview window is not open: tell them the URL, or that it should already be open in their browser. running is false if the local preview server could not start this session (for example a locked-down sandbox); in that case just say so, it is nothing to fix on the user's end.
Parameters
get_preview_url takes no parameters. Ask for it in plain language and the agent calls it directly.

On your machine. imagic's MCP server is a local process that your AI client starts; the photos never leave your disk and nothing is uploaded. That is true of every tool in the reference, including this one.
