A wedding is the hardest culling job in photography: two to four thousand frames, long bursts of the same moment, and a client waiting. The tedious part is not judgement, it is the first pass, where you throw away the blinks, the misfires and the fourteen near-identical frames of the confetti.

You get a shortlist, not a verdict
list_photos returns the keepers with their scores. Nothing is deleted; culling sets a status you can override.
You overrule it where it matters
set_photo_status puts back the frame the scoring dropped. Ask in plain language and the agent flips it.
Why it is worth doing this way

Questions
Does it delete my photos?
No. Culling sets a status on each photo in imagic's library. Rejected frames stay exactly where they are on disk and any decision can be flipped back.
Can it tell two similar frames apart?
That is the burst-grouping step. Near-identical frames are grouped and scored against each other, so you get the sharpest frame with open eyes out of a run rather than all fourteen.
Does my client work get uploaded anywhere?
No. The MCP server runs on your machine and the photos never leave it. The agent sends instructions, not images.
How long does a wedding take?
The analysis pass runs at roughly 30 to 90 seconds per 1,000 photos on a modern machine, so a 3,000 frame wedding is minutes rather than an evening.
