What exactly uses up an export?
Each photo that finishes exporting through 5. Export counts once, whether you export one photo or a thousand in a batch. A failed export of a photo does not count.
What happens when I use all 500?
Nothing is lost. Every import, cull and edit you have made stays exactly as it was. Exporting pauses until you choose a tier (Lite, Plus or Max); buying unlocks the same install and the same photos you already worked on, so you continue from where you left off.
Can I get more trial exports without buying?
The trial is fixed at 500 exports per key. If you are close to the limit and still deciding, email help@imagic.ink and tell us what you are evaluating; we read every message personally.
Does the trial expire by date before I use my 500 exports?
The key carries a 90-day date as a backstop, but for almost everyone the export count, not the date, is what actually matters day to day. You'll get a reminder email once you are close to either limit.
