Trial & billing

I was charged by imagic and do not recognise it

imagic.ink's desktop app is sold as a one-time purchase only, Lite, Plus or Max, charged once at checkout through Stripe. There is no subscription, recurring billing or automatic renewal on any desktop tier, so a charge described as an annual or recurring subscription for "imagic" did not come from a desktop-app purchase here, even if the name on your statement looks familiar. More than one unrelated company uses some form of that name.

Steps

1. Check who actually emailed you

Every real order confirmation or support reply about an imagic.ink desktop purchase comes from snap@imagic.ink or help@imagic.ink. If your renewal notice came from a different address, it is not us.

2. Check the amount against our real pricing

Our current one-time prices for Lite, Plus and Max are listed at imagic.ink/desktop. A charge that doesn't match any of those, especially a recurring one, is from a different company.

3. Still not sure? Email us directly

Forward whatever you received to help@imagic.ink with your purchase email if you have one. We'll tell you plainly whether it's us, usually within hours.

4. If it genuinely isn't us

Dispute it with whoever actually charged you, or your card issuer. We have no way to cancel a charge that never went through our Stripe account.

Frequently asked questions

Does the imagic desktop app ever auto-renew?

No. Every desktop purchase is a single one-time payment for that tier. There is nothing to cancel because nothing recurs.

How do I know a receipt is genuinely from imagic.ink?

It names one of the three desktop tiers (Lite, Plus, Max) at a one-time price, and any follow-up comes from snap@imagic.ink or help@imagic.ink, never another domain.

I bought the desktop app and do want a refund. What do I do?

That's a different, simpler case: our 14-day money-back guarantee covers it, email help@imagic.ink within 14 days of a genuine imagic.ink purchase.
