1. Open the full-size view
On Review & Cull, double-click any photo. K keeps, L trashes, J or H sends it back to Review, the arrow keys move between photos and Esc closes.
2. Zoom
Scroll the mouse wheel or the trackpad, or pinch on a Mac trackpad. The zoom follows the pointer, so point at the eye you want to check.
3. Jump between fit and 100%

4. Pan
Drag while zoomed in. Moving to the next photo with the arrow keys returns to fit.
Frequently asked questions
Why did my RAW look darker in the big view than in the grid before 1.5.10?
The grid thumbnails come from the camera's own embedded preview, and the big view used imagic's neutral render without the camera's tone curve. Since 1.5.10 the big view uses the same embedded preview whenever it is at least as detailed, so the photo no longer seems to darken when you open it.
Can I make the film strip in the editor bigger?
Yes, from 1.5.10. Drag the grip on the strip's top edge up to make it taller, up to 260 pixels or 45% of the window; the thumbnails grow with it. imagic remembers the height, and a double-click on the grip resets it.
How do I tell which photo a film strip thumbnail is?
Hover over it. The bubble shows the file name and its position, for example DSC04851.ARW (12 / 340).
The Review buttons were cut off on my Mac.
Fixed in 1.5.10: the action buttons wrap onto their own row when the window is narrow.
